stephen blandino
Event Host & Lead Pastor at 7 City Church | Fort Worth, TX
Stephen Blandino is a pastor, church planter, and leadership coach with more than 30 years of experience in nonprofit leadership. He has coached pastors and executives in organizational development, staff development, culture creation, and personal growth. Stephen is also the author of several books, including Insanely Practical Leadership, Stop Chasing Easy, and Do Good Works, and he has contributed extensively to Influence Magazine. He holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry at Southeastern University. Stephen lives in the Fort Worth area with his wife, Karen. They have a daughter, son-in-law, and two grandsons.


Terri Flow
Event Host & Founder of Consulting For Success
Terri Flow is the founder of Consulting For Success, where she draws on 20+ years of experience in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors to help organizations and individuals move forward with purpose. With a background in training, development, public speaking, facilitation, and nonprofit management, Terri brings a wealth of expertise to her clients. A seasoned speaker and active member of Toastmasters International, she has served as club president, spoken at conferences, and competed in speech contests. Terri also has more than two decades of volunteer experience supporting the U.S. military, youth development, grassroots initiatives, and other nonprofit causes. She holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Texas A&M University. Outside of work, Terri enjoys running, reading, traveling—and once even jumped out of a perfectly good airplane with a Navy SEAL.

Karen Vermaire Fox
Managing Partner & "Chief Outside-The-Box Thinker"
Karen is the Managing Partner at Quindigo Management, bringing extensive experience in association management. She partners with boards and committees to develop and implement strategic plans, then works with staff and volunteers to achieve organizational goals. Her expertise spans membership development, event and meeting planning, fundraising, financial planning, and problem-solving. Karen devotes much of her work to The Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth while also supporting the Fort Worth Promotion and Development Fund, the USS Fort Worth Support Committee, and newly partnered associations. Prior to Quindigo, she gained valuable experience with The Council for Exceptional Children, taught 8th grade English, and served on the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Ethics. Karen is a proud University of Iowa alumna, and she is the mother of three adult children and grandmother to her first granddaughter.


Jerry McAdams
Entrepreneur & Founder of Fort Worth Autobody
Jerry McAdams, a Michigan native, discovered his passion for cars in high school auto shop and went on to study autobody repair at Alpena Community College. After moving to Texas, he furthered his education in small business management at Tarrant County College, preparing for a lifelong career in the automotive industry. Jerry began in a Fort Worth autobody shop before taking a leap of faith in 1984 to launch Fort Worth Auto Body. Over 37 years, he grew the business from the ground up—eventually purchasing the building he once rented and leading a team of ten. Known for his integrity, craftsmanship, and commitment to customer service, Jerry built a trusted name in the community. He retired in December 2021, closing a chapter marked by entrepreneurship, excellence, and a deep love for the trade.
